In four to five attempts, build to a 3-RM Thruster; 75 kg
and then,
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in five minutes of:
135/95 lb. Thrusters x 5 reps
Pull-Ups x 10 reps
6 rounds
Then rest exactly five minutes, and then:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in five minutes of:
Burpees x 10 reps
Wall Ball x 10 reps
8 rounds
Rest 5 min
A. Close Grip Bench Press
5X8@90kg
B. Dips With Weight 50 kg
5X5 reps
C. row 60 sec for max meters
followed by dips for max reps
320 meters and 25 reps
